Orders
How do I know my order went through?
You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of ordering, containing your order number and an itemised summary. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us with the email address you used.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Email 3813978250@qq.com with your order number as soon as possible. Orders placed before 15:00 (GMT+8) are usually picked the same day, so please contact us quickly.
Where do you ship from?
Every order leaves our facility in Shijing Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. We do not hold stock in overseas warehouses, so all parcels are sent internationally with tracking.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
One flat rate worldwide: £6.95 per order, and free on orders over £75. All parcels are tracked. Full details are on the shipping page.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit is typically 7–12 business days to the US and Canada, 8–14 to the UK and EU, 9–15 to Australia and New Zealand, and 4–8 within Asia-Pacific. Customs clearance can add a few days.
Do I have to pay duties or import tax?
Orders are shipped from China, so any import duties, VAT or handling fees charged at the destination are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in the price you pay us.
Returns & sizing
What is your return policy?
Unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Read the full returns policy.
How do your shoe sizes run?
Footwear is listed in US sizes and built on a standard medium-width last, so it fits true to size. If you normally wear a half size, we recommend taking the next whole size up.
How do your clothing sizes run?
Our tops are cut with a relaxed body and true-to-size shoulders. If you are between sizes, take the smaller size for a cleaner line or the larger size for an oversized fit. Bottoms are listed by waist measurement in inches.
Will a sold-out size come back?
Most styles are restocked within four to six weeks. Email us and we will let you know when your size is back.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. All payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider; card details are never stored on our servers.
Which currency am I charged in?
All prices are listed and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). Your bank may apply its own conversion rate if you are paying from a non-GBP account.
Is checkout secure?
The entire site is served over HTTPS. Payment data is transmitted directly to our payment provider and is never written to our database.
