These terms govern your use of youngstudio.com and any order you place with Dongguan Mhh Trade Firm.

2. Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we cannot verify payment, we may decline or cancel the order and refund any amount already taken.

3. Prices and currency

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude any import duties or taxes charged at the destination. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our third-party payment processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. Card details are never stored on our servers. Where payment is authorised but the order is later cancelled, the authorisation is released and the amount refunded.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse or repeated chargebacks.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the site at a rate that affects service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, resell our content, or use the store for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, product designs and the Young name — is owned by us or licensed to us and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

10. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the courts of Guangzhou, Guangdong have jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here removes the right of a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence where local consumer law gives them that right.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
