2. Data we collect
- Order data — name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the items you ordered.
- Account data — email address and a securely hashed password, plus your order history.
- Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processor. We receive only a transaction reference and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected through server logs and cookies.
- Communications — messages you send to our support team.

- To process, pack and deliver your order, and to handle returns and refunds.
